Child Safety Policy

Last Updated: April 4, 2026

At Healthy Nikah, we are strictly committed to the safety and well-being of minors. This Child Safety Policy outlines our strict age requirements and our absolute zero-tolerance approach to the exploitation of children.

1. Minors Not Allowed (Age Restriction)

First and foremost, individuals under the age of 18 (minors) are strictly prohibited from creating an account, accessing, or using the Healthy Nikah app. Our platform is exclusively for adults. Any accounts discovered to belong to or be operated by an individual under 18 will be immediately terminated and deleted.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation

Despite our strict 18+ age requirement, if any minor is found on the platform, or if there is any notice of child exploitation occurring, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy. Our application strictly prohibits any content, activity, or communication that promotes, depicts, or relates to the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation, distribution, or possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

3. Enforcement and Consequences

We take immediate and decisive action against any violations of this policy. If an account is found to be involved in the sharing, promotion, or distribution of prohibited content regarding minors:

  • Immediate Suspension: The violator's account will be permanently blocked and banned from the platform without warning.
  • Law Enforcement Reporting: We will report the violator and turn over all relevant data to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and cybercrime organizations as required by law.

4. How to Report Violations

Keeping our community safe is a shared responsibility. If you encounter any underage users, or any content or user behavior that you suspect violates this Child Safety Policy, please report it immediately:

  • In-App Reporting: Use the designated "Report" function located directly within the app to flag the specific content or user profile for our moderation team.
  • Direct Reporting: You can also report concerns directly to our support team using the email address provided below.
